Nathan left for Cub Camp this week and will be gone for exactly 6 sleeps. It's day two and I already miss him. I may die when he eventually leaves home for school or a mission. I probably shouldn't worry because he maintains he will always live with us, even when he's married and has a "pile of kids". Anyway, Noah is his little shadow and already demanding that I call and tell him to come home "right now". Last night he wanted to sleep in Nathan's bed. As he lay down he took a long, slow inhale and muttered to himself "Mmmm good, smells like Nasan" (translation Nathan). And with that he went to sleep with a smile on his face.
He has a crush on his brother. I'm pretty sure that it won't last through adolescence.

I love it! We have the same thing with Tyler and Nate, except I get the feeling ours is going to last forever. Ty is not as patient with Nate, but Nate is going to be Ty's best friend FOREVER. Whether Ty likes it or not.
too cute. I love the way my children look up to their older sibling, but are completely bothered by being copied by the younger. such is life I guess.
Don't worry, they will come to an age when you start figuring out an approximate date of shipping them out. Thats why there are the teen age years, other wise we'd never let them go. I'm in it for the grandkids.
